This type of chair foot mold we advice choose hard steel as there are 2 big sliders for cav. plate
Mold steel: choose Cr23 for cor, cav and sliders plates, C50 for mold base (or depend on client's demands)
Mold treatment: at final treatment by queching to 48 to 52° for Cor and Cav plates(plates surface 0.3mm thickness hardness)
Mold cavity: 8 (customized)
Mold size: 520 x 400mm (also can depend on customer's machine design new mold size and frame)
Mold software: Choose UG for 3d design, AutoCAD for 2d drawing, mold flow for runner analyze
Mold base: normal mold base(customized)
Plastic material: PP/PE (customized)
Mold cycle time: 20sec/shot (not connect cool water when we test the mold)
Mold doff way: automatic by ejectors
Mold minimum lifespan: 7000,000 shots (if choose better steel will be longer)
Mold leading time: 1st arrange test mold within 35 days after received down payment (before down payment we can arrange design if really needed)
Mold gateway: choose hot runner system (customized)

After product, if need long time stay should put oil (butter mix benzene) on the cor. and cav and slider's surface prevent rust, we will offer free spare parts during mold minimum lifespan and technical aegis
