  • This type of cutlery mould should take with mirror polish, then we advice must be choose hard enough steel. PP spoon and PS spoon design much more different on handle area.

  • Mold treatment: at final by vacuum quenching to 48 - 52° for cor. and cav. (whole plates hardness)

  • Mold software: UG for 3d design, AutoCAD for 2d drawing
  • Plastic material: PS (also accept PP spoon design)

  • Mold cycle time: 15 sec/shot (didn't contact cool water when test this mold)
  • Mold doff way: automatic by ejector (HASCO/DME standard)
  • Mold lifespan: at least 800,000 shots
  • Mold polish: mirror polish at final
  • Mold gate way: semi hot runner choose (also can choose cold runner or hot runner)
  • Mold packing: in standard wooden case
  • Mold shipment will be within 7 days after received balance
  • If long time didn't use this mould, should put enough oil on cor. and cav. plate in order to refuse rust
